Gassed up 2x at this station on a recent trip to FL. Nice folks, and I believe the cost was 3.49/gal for 87 octane. One thing -- if you're outbound, headed east, the station is easy to miss because a large grove of trees obscures it as you cross the bridge leaving Alex City. Slow down as you cross the bridge and watch the right side for the PURE sign.

I will vouch for Sam's manually-entered GPS coordinates. I verified them in numerous ways. I could only find two references to this station being known as "280 Bridge Pure Oil"; numerous internet sources refer to it as "Riverbend Gas & Grocery", so I added that name beside our current name. I could find only two sources identifying the the numbered address of 9130 Hwy 280 or US Hwy 280, and one of the two sources was our site. I changed the numbered address to 9120 Hwy 280 because numerous sites gave this address. I hope all of these sites were correct. I added the phone number. Here is a link to GasBuddy's profile for the station: http://tinyurl.com/cb965tf . If you scroll down the page, you will see the last posted price for regular gas on a map showing the station's location. If you click on the price and then click on "prices", you will see the most recently posted prices of other grades of gas and diesel (providing someone has posted prices). I found quite a number of internet sources proclaiming the station sells ethanol-free gas.

Was in on 8/21/12 fresh gas, good power on 87, great mileage on 2008 Odyssey to Tifton Ga, worth the $ was 3.60 then.
