Stopped by Buc'ees on the way home tonight after reading this thread, filled up with Blue Gas 92 octane!

Wow! Biggest gas station I've ever seen. From what I figured, they have 36 sets of pumps. They include numerous pumps with the "Blue" Ethanol-free designation. I paid $3.29/gallon for the 92 Octane (which was the only octane I saw available in Ethanol-free).

October 28th - this is the great BUC-EES on the 10 freeway just west of rte 99. Paid $3.25 gallon for 92 ethanol free! Mpg went from 24.7 to 26.1 mpg!

Paid $3.209 yesterday for 92 yesterday. Did not see nor look for 87.

Ethanol Free 92 on 7/13/2019 was $3.80/gal. The same day, two hours later, the Bastrop Buc-ee's had Ethalol Free 90 for $2.74/gal. A delta of $1.06/gal for a 2 octane difference is a complete rip-off by the Katy location. (Their premium Ethanol 93 gas is $2.93 at the same time.)

I drive from downtown Houston to fill up here once every couple of weeks for months now. Price has continued to drop. It was $3.39 per gallon for E0 92 octane on June 26, 2019. It was over $4 per gallon when I started my E0 experiment a few months ago. It's definitely still high considering regular 87 E10 is $2.19.

I just moved to Katy on May 2nd and this Buc-ee's station now only offers 92 octane. Just to verify that I wasn't missing a pump that offers the 87 octane I went inside and asked 2 different persons to make sure that I was getting the correct information. 92 octane is great but @ about $3.75 per gallon at the time of this writing it is too expensive for me. The 92 octane Ethanol-Free is indeed available at every pump.

This Buc'ees has 87 and 92 octane ethanol-free gas at every pump island - 120 pumps so no waiting! It was $3.79 for 92 when I filled up last week and I will be stopping there again on Saturday.

Ethanol free not available at any pump (blue handle)

I went in search of ethanol-free gas after having issues with every piece of outdoor power equipment I own. Some no starts, some surging. Most of my stuff is commercial grade, but older. I thought I struck gold when I found out the Buc-ee's less than 5 miles away offered ethanol-free 87 octane. I thought to myself, "because it's rare, I'll have to figure out which pump it's on." Wrong! From what I can tell, all 120 pumps offer ethanol-free! I didn't look at every single one, but as far as my eyes could see I saw the tell-tale blue pump handles and signage. After I have a chance to use some in my equipment, I'll update with performance details. It may be next season- ...plenty of Sta-bil after Seafoam... today's price was $3.08/G with E10-87@ $2.39/G- (ymmv, pun intended)

In response to Bob, iso-butanol is not hydroscobic (does not attract water) nor is it corrosive like ethanol. It burns hotter than ethanol and weight/volume wise, it has 90% of the energy density of gasoline whereas ethanol has about 61%. Stop knocking things you know nothing about.

Taking away the premium 92, only 87 will be available.

12.5% isobutanol. It is ethanol-free but not alcohol-free, hence not completely pure gas. Also not top tier.

87 octane pumps are the ones closer to the store, 92 pumps are the row closer to the highway.
